Fix what we flag. If it still gets kicked back, we make it right.
If you fix every item in your paid OneRound report and the architect/engineer still returns your submittal Revise and Resubmit for an issue our review should have caught, we'll refund that report or re-review your resubmittal free, your choice, once the claim is approved.
How to claim
Have your OneRound report link (or report ID) handy.
Upload the A/E's returned stamp or comments below, within 60 days of your report.
Tell us which comment(s) you believe we missed.
Our team reviews your claim against your report, usually within 3 business days, and emails you the decision.
What's covered
A Revise and Resubmit caused by an issue that was visible in the documents you gave us, and that our report didn't flag.
Paid reports at any level: Report, Roadmap, Ready-to-Send, and 10-pack reports.
What's not covered
Items we flagged that weren't fixed, or were only partly fixed.
Changes to the package after the report that weren't re-checked.
New design direction, owner or A/E preference changes, or requirements in documents you didn't upload (for example, drawings, addenda or schedules we never saw). These appear under "What this review couldn't check."
Returns marked "Make Corrections Noted," "Approved as Noted," or similar. Those count as a successful round.
Free checks and beta codes.
Refunds go back to the original card, for the amount paid for that report. Re-reviews are issued as a code at the same level. Each report can be claimed once. Claims are approved at OneRound's reasonable discretion.
