OneRound provides an automated pre-submission quality check of construction submittals against the specification section you provide ("Service"). Reports, markup sets and kits ("Deliverables") are informational tools for the submitting party.
OneRound is not an approval, an engineering or architectural service, a code review, or a substitute for review by the Architect/Engineer of record, your engineer of record, or your own qualified staff. OneRound does not stamp, certify, or take responsibility for the design, fabrication, installation, or contract compliance of any work. You remain fully responsible for your submittals.
You confirm you're authorized to upload the documents you submit. Handling and deletion of documents is described in our Privacy Promise.
The Service uses automated analysis and may miss issues or flag items in error. Items OneRound could not verify from the documents provided are listed in each report. Your sole remedy for a missed issue is the OneRound Guarantee, subject to its terms.
Prices are shown before purchase and charged through Stripe. Unlocked Deliverables are delivered immediately, so purchases are final except as provided by the OneRound Guarantee or where required by law. 10-pack codes don't expire while the Service is offered and aren't redeemable for cash.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneRound's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report at issue. OneRound is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delay, lost profits, back-charges, or schedule impacts.
Don't upload documents you aren't authorized to share, attempt to access others' reports, or misuse the Service.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
