Most specs give the architect 10 to 15 working days for every review round. Every "Revise and Resubmit" restarts that clock while fabrication waits, your detailer reworks sheets, and the schedule float you were counting on disappears.
No approval, no release. Material orders and shop time slide with every round.
Detailer hours, PM hours, re-printing, re-uploading, chasing the GC for status.
GCs remember which trades make them wait. One clean round is how you win the next job.
At 10 to 15 working days per review round
Illustration. Review time only. Your detailer's rework and resubmittal prep come on top of every extra round.
The same checks a sharp GC project engineer runs, applied to every page of your package against your project's actual spec.
Each submittal item and Part 2 requirement marked OK, missing, wrong, or unclear, with the article number.
Not in the package, shown but wrong, or a deviation you should declare up front instead of letting the architect find it.
Every "by others," NIC and excluded note checked against who the spec says furnishes and installs.
Galvanizing, primer, shop vs. field paint, fire-rated coatings: the most common kickback, caught.
Flags field-verify notes on dimensions the contract documents already give you.
Every prior A/E comment tracked to closed, plus changes you made that nobody asked for.
Stamped calcs, certifications, warranties, qualifications: if the spec wants it, we look for it.
One number from 0 to 100: ready to send, at risk, or headed for a kickback.
Every blocker costs 12 points, every fix 4 and every note 1. Any blocker caps the score at 59, because one blocker is enough to get it kicked back.
Every plan, even the free check, runs the same complete review: every requirement in your spec, against every page of your package, with all eight checks. Your plan only changes how the answers are delivered.
Every level gets the same professional submittal-review format a top GC project engineer would hand you. Each level adds more of the work done for you. Samples are real output from a fictional test package with 10 planted problems. OneRound caught all 10.
GCs remember which trades make their job easy. OneRound makes sure that's you, on every package, even the simplest product data submittal.
Read our story →Your GC runs submittals in ACC or Procore. OneRound is the step right before you upload, so the package that lands in their log is complete, compliant and clean the first time. There's nothing for your GC to install.
The Ready-to-Send kit gives you the submittal title, spec section, type and description to paste straight into the submittal form, plus a transmittal to attach.
The Roadmap set is a standard PDF with real markups. It opens in Bluebeam, Acrobat, or the PDF viewers inside ACC and Procore.
No accounts, no integrations to approve. Your GC just sees a better submittal, with a "Pre-flighted with OneRound" cover sheet if you choose to include it.
OneRound is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Autodesk or Procore. ACC is a trademark of Autodesk, Inc. Procore is a trademark of Procore Technologies, Inc.
A submittal moves from supplier to trade to GC to architect. A problem missed at any step costs everyone downstream. Pick your seat.
Wrong model highlighted, options not marked, a missing cert: when product data gets kicked back, your trade customer takes the hit and remembers whose sheets caused it.
Every round costs you two to three weeks in review, detailer hours nobody pays for, and fabrication sitting on hold. One clean round is how you win the next job.
Every package that bounces lands back on your log, your schedule and your OAC meeting. Pre-check what your trades send before you forward it.
Pre-flighted packages arrive with a compliance matrix, deviations declared up front, and green tags pointing to the page that proves each requirement. You stay the reviewer of record. OneRound just makes first submissions complete.
The free check tells you where you stand. Pay only when you want the answers.

No. OneRound is a quality check you run before you submit. The architect/engineer of record still reviews and stamps your submittal. Our job is to make sure what they see is complete and compliant, so they can stamp it the first time.
Anyone who handles a submittal before the architect stamps it. Suppliers and reps check product data before it goes to the trade. Trades check the full package before it goes to the GC. GCs pre-check what their trades send before forwarding it. Architects and engineers can recommend it so first submissions arrive complete. Pick your role when you upload and the report is written for your seat.
Every level runs the same full review. The Report gives you every finding, the compliance matrix and a 3-step roadmap. Roadmap adds your PDF marked up in Bluebeam, a page-by-page work plan and hand-off lists for your team. Ready-to-Send adds the documents that go to the architect: a cover summary in your name with deviations declared, a green-tagged set that points to the proof, and the full send kit with a free re-check. See what's inside each level.
It's a 0 to 100 read on how your package will do in A/E review. 85 and up is ready to send. 60 to 84 is at risk, usually a B with notes. Under 60 means at least one blocker, and blockers are what get submittals returned Revise and Resubmit. Your roadmap shows the projected score after each step of fixes.
Usually 1 to 3 minutes. Larger packages can take a little longer. Keep the tab open and your score appears as soon as it's done.

Every project's spec is edited for that job. A generic spec would give you wrong answers. Your project's section is in your contract, and it's the only one the architect cares about.
Only if you share it. Your report lives at a private link only you receive. The cover sheet in the Ready-to-Send kit is yours to attach or not.
OneRound applies a detailed review standard, written from a working GC project engineer's playbook, to every requirement in your spec. It's thorough but not perfect, which is why the OneRound Guarantee exists. Anything we can't verify from your documents is listed as "couldn't check," never guessed.
