Privacy Promise

Your documents are used once, then deleted.

The short version: we use your files only to produce your review. The original upload is deleted the moment the review finishes. The marked-up copy we make for you is deleted after 7 days, and your report after 60, or immediately when you click "Delete my data now." We never share your documents with your GC, the architect, or anyone else, and we never sell data.

What happens to your upload, step by step

Upload	Sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our server, where it's held only for the duration of the review.
Review	Your files are processed by our AI engine through a commercial API (Anthropic). Under those commercial terms, your files are not used to train AI models.
Original files	Deleted from our servers the moment the review finishes, whether it succeeds or fails.
Marked-up PDF	Created for you from your submittal. Kept so you can download it, then auto-deleted after 7 days.
Report findings	The written findings (no drawings). Kept up to 60 days so we can honor the OneRound Guarantee, then auto-deleted.
Delete now	Every report page has a "Delete my data now" button. It permanently removes the report and markup set immediately. (Deleting ends guarantee eligibility for that report, since we'd no longer have anything to check a claim against.)

Who can see your report

Only people with your private report link. Links are long random codes that can't be guessed. We don't publish, index, or share reports. Your GC and the architect see nothing unless you send it to them.

What we collect

Your documents, for the review only, as described above.
Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We receive a record of the payment and the email you give Stripe.
Guarantee claims: your email, the A/E's returned stamp, and your note. The stamp is deleted once the claim is decided.
Basic site logs (like errors and page requests) to keep the service running. No advertising trackers.

What we never do

Sell or rent your data.
Share your documents or report with your GC, the architect, the owner, competitors, or anyone else.
Use your documents to train AI models.
Keep your original upload after the review.

Your responsibility

Only upload documents you're authorized to share for this purpose. If your contract or your client restricts sharing project documents with outside services, check before you upload.
